What actually decides whether it works
Price is the easy part. These are the points that decide whether a repair comes back.
Buy the microscope before anything else
Board-level repair is impossible without good magnification and working distance. A proper stereo microscope pays back on the first few jobs it saves.
Temperature stability is what you pay for
Cheap soldering and hot-air stations drift, and a few degrees too hot lifts pads and kills chips. Ask for temperature stability and genuine tips, not just the maximum temperature.
Static kills electronics you cannot see
Work on grounded mats with wrist straps and ESD-safe tools. It costs little and stops invisible damage that brings phones back.
Small items ship by courier, not by sea
Repair equipment is light and compact, so it usually travels by air or courier. Batteries and some chemicals have air-freight restrictions, which we check before quoting.
This line pays on shop sets and resale
One soldering station is often cheaper locally. A full bench set for several technicians, or stock for resale, is where factory-direct pricing helps.
You're trading the dealer network for the price
That's the honest trade. There is no branded service agent. Order spare tips, heating elements and nozzles with the equipment; they are the parts that wear.

What do I need to start a phone repair shop?
A microscope, a soldering station, a hot-air station, a screen separator, a power supply and a good tool kit, on an ESD bench. We quote a starter set and add screen refurbishing kit if you need it.
Can you supply screen refurbishing equipment?
Yes: separators, laminators, bubble removers and the consumables, sized to the screen sizes you work on.
How is it shipped?
Usually by air or courier because the items are small. We check restrictions on batteries and chemicals before quoting.
Do you supply spare parts for phones?
Our focus is the equipment. For parts, tell us what you need and we will source them through our sourcing-on-request service.
